Indiana Line was founded in Turin, Italy, in 1977. The company's origins can be traced to Selectra, an Italian company that initially imported loudspeakers from the American brand Utah. When Utah ceased production, Indiana Line began designing and manufacturing its own speakers, establishing a reputation for creating high-quality, affordable audio equipment. This foundation in accessible hi-fi has remained a core part of the brand's philosophy. In 2006, the company was acquired by Coral Electronic, which brought its own expertise in speaker production to further enrich the Indiana Line brand.
